Refund Policy
Digital Product Notice: VPlayer is a digital software product. Once purchased and delivered, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
7-Day Refund Window: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for first-time buyers under the following conditions:
- You are experiencing technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve these issues
- The product has not been heavily used (determined at our discretion based on usage logs)
- This is your first purchase of VPlayer
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact us at support@vplayer.org within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
No Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be honored except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
